Abstract : A few decades ago people were living together as a joint family. Now - a -days, it has been changed due to preference of nuclear family. Societal set up has been entirely changed. Mass production, distinct brands induce individuals to lead sophisticated life in luxurious manner. Migrations, family setup, organizational development, transport, societal system have completely changed individual's life. Which further motivates people to depend the structural arrangements for their comfort. Structural developments will happen only because of new constructions and establishments. Therefore, construction industry play vital role in GDP growth with the simultaneous support to fulfill the expectations of individuals and society. New housing projects, renovation proposals, public establishments are being continuously upcoming into the society. After new economic policy (since 1999), foreign investors are also concentrating Indian markets. When we go through the in-depth survey about construction industry, there has been revolutionary growth. © 2018 IAEME Publication.
