The rise of technology backed services has increased the participation of a generation which is tech savvy. Travel websites are one such technology where customers are able to receive unbiased opinions collectively. Many factors impact Customer satisfaction on hotel bookings through travel websites. In this paper, we investigated the Customer satisfaction on hotel bookings based on Customer ratings and Reviews available in the travel website TripAdvisor.
