Abstract : Agriculture is heavily influenced by weather conditions, and timely, data-driven decisions can significantly enhance crop yield and resource efficiency. This project proposes an IoT-based weather station designed to assist farmers in making informed agricultural decisions. The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller connected to various environmental sensors including temperature, pressure, humidity, soil moisture, and light intensity sensors. These sensors collect real-time field data, which is transmitted via Wi-Fi to the Blynk cloud platform. Using the Blynk mobile app, farmers can monitor live environmental conditions remotely, enabling them to optimize irrigation, fertilizer usage, and crop planning. The system is powered by a sustainable energy source such as a solar-powered battery, ensuring field operability without dependency on grid power. Agriculture encounters low yields and wastages of resources because of little or no timely weather and soil information. Its enhances an IoT-linked solar-powered weather station with real-time monitoring to enhance the efficiency of crop planning and realization of precision farming. The integration of real-time monitoring and mobile alerts supports preventive action against unfavourable conditions such as drought or excessive Overall, the system provides a low-cost, scalable, and smart solution to empower precision agriculture and sustainable farming practices.
