Abstract : This paper introduced a new LDPC error correction algorithm to Modified Anderson PUF key generation for hardware security. Most of the time PUFs are easily affected by the environmental conditions. To avoid those effects, introducing a new error correction scheme called Low-density parity checker error correction (LDPC). LDPC code helps to find the position of the error and also error has been corrected, using the Bit flipping algorithm at the decoder end. For better PUF key generation than the previously used BCH error correction algorithm, LDPC helps to perform the responses with good uniformity and less complexity. LDPC error code for Modified Anderson PUF can be used for many applications like WiMax, DVB, DAB, UMTS, multimedia Applications.
