Abstract : In this chapter, we mainly focus on the Maple implementation of the symbolic algorithms for solving the initial value problems (IVPs) for system of higher-order linear differential equations (HLDEs). Implementation will be helpful to compute the desired Green's function and Green's operator of the given IVP. Certain examples are presented to illustrate the symbolic method and Maple implementation of the proposed algorithms. We recall the symbolic methods to implement in Maple. In the proposed symbolic method, we apply the algebra of integro-differential operators for computing the Green's operator and Green's function of the given IVP on the level of operators. The algorithms of the proposed methods will be helpful to implement in commercial packages such as Mathematica, Matlab, Singular, Scilab etc.
