Abstract : This research paper presents a real-time smart notice board using an ESP8266 microcontroller, along with a dot matrix LED display, focusing specifically on the ease of communication that will be efficient and IoT-enabled. The aim is to remove the constraints of old notice boards and introduce an extraordinary dynamic and a real-time platform for remotely displaying information. The notice board allows authorized users to update messages in real time from anywhere, using a mobile application or web-based interface. In this way, the concept of WiFi enabled ESP8266 fosters the connectivity of the notice board with the internet and the IoT network. With the integration of the Internet of Things, there is scope for remote access, real-time updates, and automatic updates to facilitate more flexibility and functionality for notice boards in public areas, educational institutions, and workplaces.
