Abstract : This study explores the impact of karmic beliefs on the work attitude of entrepreneurs in the Mysuru District. The study employs a survey of 250 entrepreneurs, utilizing structured questionnaires to gather data on their karmic beliefs and work attitudes. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation matrix, and Principal Component Matrix were employed to derive the results. The findings reveal a moderate level of belief in karma and work attitude exists among entrepreneurs and a significant relationship between karmic beliefs and work attitudes, with no significant differences based on gender and substantial variance differences noted based on business location. The results indicate that while the belief in karma influences entrepreneurial work attitudes, variations in business location significantly impact the extent of this influence, highlighting the need for location-specific strategies in understanding work behaviors. The research explores the link between karma belief and entrepreneurial work attitudes, highlighting the impact of ethical views on decision-making, resilience, interpersonal relationships, and work-life balance, fostering trust with stakeholders and ultimately leading to business sustainability.
