Abstract : This article presents the idea of an innovative method of traffic evacuation management at single intersection of roads, with special consideration of the reduction of vehicular congestion. When compared to the classical (manual) design and modern automatic designs of traffic signaling, the proposed design of signaling is found to be substantially reducing the complexity of traffic management, allowing more vehicles for clearance. The proposed model mainly emphasizes on the efficient and effective traffic management system by taking the time of traversing of vehicles across a predetermined region monitored by sensors into major focus using the constraints- Time of entry and Time of exit.
