Sonochemical assisted red emanating Mg2SiO4: Eu3+ fluorescent nanophosphor for display applications

Abstract : In present work, novel Mg2SiO4: Eu3+ Nanophosphors were blended by sonochemical route utilizing Aloe-Vera gel (A.V.) as bio-surfactant. Crystallinity was studied utilizing PXRD. Scanning Electron magnifying instrument was utilized to concentrate surface changes watched and found that they are varies with concentration of AV gel and sonication control. Photometric investigations reveal that the present nanophosphor transmit solid red color.
