Investigation of the impact of climate change on coconut cultivation and identifying potential adaptation measures. Evaluation of new pest and disease control methods for coconut farming, including the use of biological control agents. Study of the genetic diversity and breeding of coconut cultivars for improved productivity and disease resistance. Investigation of the effects of different irrigation and drainage systems on coconut growth and yield. Development of innovative post-harvesting technologies for coconut processing and storage. Development of efficient and sustainable harvesting methods for coconut, including the use of automation and robotics. Investigation of the potential of coconut biomass for energy generation and biofuels production.
