1. Understand & imbibe the culture and goals of the eclectic youth empowerment team.


2. Develop implementation roadmap for the OYE programs (AYUDH & IAM) including workshops, initiatives, events, sessions, projects, camps etc.


3. Travel with the National coordinator to implement the programs to achieve the objectives of the office.


4. Manage all aspects of programs including planning, internal & external relations, communications across various levels, resources, budget, change, risks, issues etc.


5. Work across a variety of teams as needed to manage resources, schedules, financials, processes, and adhere to defined quality standards to ensure successful program delivery.


6. Monitor and submit reports of the various activities & their implementation.


7. Follow the processes and schedules of the office.

1. MBA with atleast 3 years of experience related to program management.


2. Spiritually inclined, emotionally intelligent, decision making, leadership, interpersonal and team building skills.


3. Passionate about youth needs and empowerment based on Sanatana Dharma principles.


4. Willing to travel on short-and long-term assignments.


5. Disciplined & trustworthy.


6. Fluent in English communication, strong presentation, and written skills.


7. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and social media.


8. Ability to thrive in an innovative yet ambiguous environment where personal responsibility and open, direct, respectful communications are essential.
