Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Participation in the Quacquarelli Symonds QS I-Gauge India Academic Forum 2025

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham participated in the Quacquarelli Symonds QS I-Gauge India Academic Forum 2025 at Hyderabad on 24 July 2025.  The forum’s theme was ‘Catalysing change in Indian education through reforms and readiness’. This event saw the participation of 200+ academic leaders such as vice-presidents, vice-chancellors, pro vice-chancellors,  deans, principals, and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) directors from universities and colleges all over India.  This event featured a series of high-level panels focusing on issues shaping India’s higher education landscape, such as NEP2020 in Motion and Curriculum Reform and Pedagogical Innovation in the Era of AI. Distinguished speakers included His Excellency, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana;  Prof. V. Balakista Reddy, Chairman, Telangana Higher Education Council; Prof Madan Pillutla, Dean, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and Dr. Ashwin Fernandes, Executive Director, QS.  Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Head,  IQAC, of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Coimbatore campus, represented the university at the forum.
