Bio

Dr. Gayathri Baburaj joined as a Research Scientist in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the  School of Pharmacy, Kochi in August 2025. She obtained her PharmD from NITTE (Deemed to be University), Karnataka, India, in 2018 and has completed her PhD from the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, supported by the DST-INSPIRE Fellowship, in 2025.

Her primary research focus is on cancer, with specific interests in PCR-based molecular biology techniques, liquid biopsy, mutation analysis, in-silico genomic tools, translational research, and clinical pharmacy. She has published multiple research articles in reputable journals.
