CWEGE Conducts Life Enrichment Education Session at VKR Public School, Punalur

Center for Women’s Empowerment & Gender Equality (CWEGE), in collaboration with the Vishwakarma Navothan Foundation, conducted a Life Enrichment Education (LEE) session at VKR Public School in Punalur.

The interactive session engaged 40 students in activities focusing on personal hygiene and handwashing practices. Using a combination of videos, live demonstrations, and group discussions, the students not only learned essential health habits but also strengthened their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Beyond promoting responsible hygiene practices, the program encouraged students to form groups to explore social issues in their communities, fostering critical thinking and a sense of social responsibility.

Participants left the session more confident, expressive, and equipped with life skills that extend well beyond the classroom, marking an impactful step toward holistic education and empowerment.
