Abstract : Maintaining a healthier indoor environment is important for living comfort, productivity, and well-being. Also, increasing levels of air and sound pollution in indoor spaces faces significant challenges. This project focuses upon interconnecting and integrating the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems with IoT-based monitoring systems, thereby improving and managing the indoor environment. It continuously monitors the parameters of air quality at a given room, including CO2, an optical dust sensor, and sound levels. Using the MQTT protocol, it sends in real time data to the central controller, and the central controller makes all dynamic adjustment to the operations that allow better air circulation, purification of air and lessening noise. This integration ensures optimal indoor air, sound quality, improves energy efficiency while at the same time increasing sustainability. The proposed system is scalable and intelligent in its approach to deal with the growing demand for smart building technologies that emphasize human health and environmental considerations.
