Guidelines for Abstract Submissions
- Abstracts are invited for free paper presentations, Award papers, Poster presentations, Symposia and Workshops.
- Abstract should NOT be more than 250 words with headings such as introduction, methodology, results, conclusion and keywords (3-5 keywords).
- Abstract should contain title of the paper, name, designation and institutional affiliation of authors, contact details (e-mail id & phone number) of presenting author at the end of the abstract.
- Registration is mandatory for all the presenting authors.
GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSIONS
- Full paper should NOT be more than 3000 words with headings such as introduction, methodology, results, discussion and conclusion.
- Maximum of two tables and one figure can be appended separately.
- Referencing style: APA 6th Edition
- Declaration by author regarding conflict of interest and ethical clearance are must.
NOTE FOR ABSTRACTS AND FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
- Paper must contain title of paper, name, designation and institutional affiliation of author or authors, contact details (Email id & Contact address) of the presenting author.
- Times New Roman style, font size 12, 1.5 spacing in a single file in MS Word format.

ISPSW Best Paper Award Norms
- All life members are eligible to contest for various awards.
- Life members are expected to contest under anyone of the award categories.
- Member who has received an award earlier is not eligible to contest for the award for two consecutive annual national conferences.
- The first author of the award paper only has to make the presentation
- Soft copies of the full paper to be submitted with the covering letter to the High Power Committee of ISPSW through an email: amritaispsw@gmail.com, mentioning clearly the award category on or before the 01st March 2026
- Original research articles which have not been published in any other journal only would be considered for Award category
