Abstract : Corporate social responsibility is a much discussed concept, across the world and particularly in India, during last few years due to the mandate clause as prescribed in Companies Act 2013. The present paper is an effort to find out to the extent to which three major Maharatna Companies comply with the new CSR perspective to achieve the SDGs with CSR activities.
