Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity


• Configure and troubleshoot audio/video equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, LED displays, and conferencing systems


• Support live event audio/video operations and meeting room setups


• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications • Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity


• Perform preventive maintenance for IT and AV equipment


• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT/AV assets


• Ensure smooth operation of classrooms, conference halls, studios, or event venues Required Skills


• Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting


• Familiarity with audio/video systems and cabling


• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly


• Basic understanding of networking concepts


• Willingness to learn and handle onsite technical support activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field


• Freshers with practical knowledge can also apply


• Prior experience in AV support or desktop support is an added advantage Additional Requirements


• Candidates must be willing to stay in the hostel


• Candidates should be disciplined, responsible, and available for emergency support if required
