Important Registration & Participation Guidelines – Aarohan’26
Free Registration: Registration for Aarohan’26 – The Annual Amrita Science Fest is absolutely FREE for all participating schools.
School-Based Registration: Registration must be completed through the participating school only. Individual student registrations are not permitted.
No Limit on Student Participation: There is no restriction on the number of students participating from a single school. Schools may nominate as many students as they wish.
Participant Details: After school registration, a confirmation email with a unique registration link will be sent to the registered email ID. Schools can use this link to submit the details of participating students and accompanying faculty members.
Free Registration Kit: A free registration kit will be provided to registered participants. The kits can be collected from the registration counter on the day of the fest.
On-the-Spot Event Registration: Registration for individual events will be conducted on the spot on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of slots. Participants are advised to arrive early to secure their preferred events.
Participation in Multiple Events: An individual student or team may participate in multiple events, provided the respective event slots are available and the schedules do not conflict.
Student Discipline: All participating students are expected to maintain proper discipline and decorum throughout the fest. The accompanying teachers/faculty members are responsible for supervising and monitoring the students from their respective schools.
Organizing Committee’s Decision: The decisions of the Aarohan’26 Organizing Committee shall be final and binding in all matters related to registrations, event participation, conduct of events, and competitions.
Early Registration Recommended: Schools are encouraged to register early to facilitate smooth coordination and ensure timely preparation of participant kits.
The purpose of this form is to get a rough estimate of the number of students who will turn up for the fest. This will help us in allocation adequate resources and volunteers.
