Walking Together Towards a Drug-Free Future
A healthier future begins with the choices we make today. On Sunday, October 4, 2026, 179 community members across eight villages in Odisha came together for a Health Walk as part of the “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat – 100 Sundays Campaign.”

From Tantichira and Kukupangi to Panchapada and Bramhaniapal, participants walked through their communities, chanting Nasha Mukt Yuva slogans and sharing a clear message: “Say No to Drugs, Choose Health, Choose Life.”

Local elected village leaders also joined the campaign, demonstrating their support and encouraging wider community participation and awareness.

More than a walk, the initiative created an opportunity for communities to come together, start conversations, and encourage young people to make healthier, substance-free choices.

Every Step Towards a Drug-Free Future Matters
The Health Walk brought community members and local leaders together around a shared message of awareness, well-being, and healthier choices. Through participation and conversation, the campaign encouraged young people to consider substance-free futures.

As part of the “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat – 100 Sundays Campaign,” the initiative highlighted the role communities can play in promoting awareness and supporting healthier lifestyles.
