Unit 5

Legal Aspects in Project Finance: Project Agreements-Sub-Contracts and Other Related Agreements-Project Finance Loan Documentation.

Course Objective: The ojective of the course is to familiarize the students with various avenues in financing of projects relevant to start businesses and to make aware of issues arising out of it.
