Registration

Guidelines or rules for authors who wish to participate in the International Gender and Technology 2025 conference.

• Student attendees/authors must produce their “Institute ID Cards” for registering under the category of Student Author/Attendee.
• In order to publish your paper in the International Gender and Technology Conference Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
• The paper must be presented at the conference by an author of that paper unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
• Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
• If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors must register separately by paying applicable attendee registration fees.
• Papers not presented at the Conference will not be included in the Final Program nor submitted for scopus indexing.
• Please note that additional authors (other than those listed in the manuscript submitted for review) cannot be added to the camera-ready paper.
• All the registration fees indicated exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax in India. Only authors from India are allowed to pay the registration fee in Indian rupees.
