In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, industries are increasingly turning to advanced computational methods to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and gain valuable insights into their operations. This FDP aims to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to harness the power of quantum computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC) for creating and managing industrial digital twins. Digital twins, virtual replicas of physical systems or processes, have emerged as transformative technology in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, and energy. These digital representations enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and analysis, leading to improved decision-making, predictive maintenance, and resource optimization. To fully leverage the potential of digital twins, it is essential to integrate cutting-edge computational techniques such as quantum computing, AI, and HPC.
