Bio

Over 13 years of experience in nursing education, research, and geriatric health systems. Work focuses on healthy ageing, scale development, and implementation research, with contributions to statewide geriatric care initiatives. He served the Centre for Gerontological Studies and the State Resource Centre for Older People at Kerala University of Health Sciences in curriculum design, faculty development, and collaboration with government and academic institutions. Proficient in SPSS, NVivo, QDA Miner, and Jamovi.
