Bio

Nandhini I. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English & Humanities, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. At Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham, she teaches English Language & Literature courses to students of Engineering and M.A. Integrated programs.

Her Ph.D. thesis was titled “Conceptualizing Postcolonialism and Neocolonialism in the Select Novels of Khaled Hosseini and Nadia Hashimi”, M.A. project was based on ‘The Note of Pragmatism in the Poems of Robert Frost’ and for her M.Phil thesis, she worked on ‘The Element of Horror and Suspense in the Short Stories of Edgar Allan Poe’.

Nandhini has been the class counselor for a few classes and is the staff coordinator for JAM/ debate events in the Literary Club- Srishti.
