Bio

Dr . Kartik Nitin Pancholy is a talented Emergency physician who has been trained at one of the busiest Emergency departments of India. Having worked in Intensive care and Emergency Departments at different places of India and abroad puts him at a beautiful position to understand critical situations as well as deal with time sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy, firm hand and a clear mindset. He has lived Africa in his growing years where he did his undergraduation, having met multiple faculties from Eminent institutions like Yale, Harvard during his undergraduation he was exposed to a broadened outlook about patients from different backgrounds and different aspects of treatment based on the situations at hand. He did his Post graduation at Max Superspeciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. Having worked in a multispeciality institute with a huge patient load, he has been exposed to the finer nuances of Emergent patient care and handling delicate scenarios with swiftness and ease. He also worked as a Senior resident at one of the premier institutes of India – AIIMS, New Delhi. Along with being a major trauma centre with one of the biggest patient load of the country, its also a WHO centre for trauma for South-East Asia. Having been exposed to a plethora of patients who maybe needing a simple suture to polytrauma victims needing time bound treatment and possible operative measures to prevent mortality. The ability to make critical and impactful decisions, at the same time handling a, multispeciality involving, emergency department has put him in a niche of his own when it comes to being an Emergency Physician who can handle both medical as well as trauma emergencies with equal fervour and expertise.

He has also worked as Intensive Care Registrar at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai and that has also given him an inside edge when it comes to handling extremely sick patients, understanding the need for Aseptic precautions while handling patients and performing life and/or limb saving procedures in the ER.
