Dr. M S Shylesh Chandran presently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Amrita School of Physical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala, India. He attained his doctoral degree from the School of Environmental Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University,  Kerala, under Dr. E.V. Ramasamy’s (Professor & Dean of Environmental Sciences) guidance in March 2015. He has several years of research experience in the multifarious discipline of the environmental science stream and published several research articles in reputed journals in the area of environment, ecology,geo-chemistry,environmental geology and geoinformatics . Serve as a reviewer of several reputed journals like Chemosphere; Science of the Total Environment; Marine Pollution Bulletin; Ecological Indicators; Environmental Science and pollution research; Wetlands; Environmental Monitoring, and Assessment.
