Dr. Mohit Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine at the School of Medicine, Faridabad.

Dr. Mohit Sharma is a highly accomplished and dynamic physician who has devoted all his professional life in perfecting the art of excellence in patient-care, by applying the clinical knowledge and evidence-based best practice principles in healthcare quality, having treated successfully highly complex conditions successfully in both India and the West. He is one of the rare full-time practicing physicians who has also obtained well-recognized qualifications in generic soft skills vital for delivering overall high-quality compassionate patient-care with excellent communication skills. He takes pride in patient-centred holistic care approaching the patient as a whole individual with psycho-social aspects, keen to reach the underlying diagnosis early in an empathic, ethical and cost-effective manner
He is also a current tutor (part-time, online) for University of South Wales (Acute Medicine Diploma for Post-Graduate Doctors) and for Hybrid Clinical and Leadership International Program for PG doctors (World Academy of Medical Leadership, UK).
He has completed and presented clinical audit projects and quality improvement projects work in this field at international platforms and conferences. He has completed programs and workshops in the west on important areas related to this field such as medical law and ethics, professionalism, values, resilience, performance-management, human-factors, research, health-tech, culture, health economics & social determinants.
