Prof. Roli Sehgal is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has 23 years of corporate work experience in Human Resources Management (Deutsche Bank, HDFC bank, Mahindra Tech, Tata Motors Ltd).
She currently works as an HR consultant and Trainer. Her areas of expertise include Employee Engagement, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Organization Design and processes.
