Bio

Dr. Smita Sail is an accomplished educator with over 18 years of teaching experience. She holds a PhD degree from Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham. She has successfully handled subjects such as Professional Communication, Communicative English, Business Communication, and Literature Electives tailored specifically for engineering students. In addition to the teaching role, Ms. Sail has served on the editorial board of the college newsletter, Kriti and currently holds the position of Staff Editor for the college magazine, Sanchita. She has also published papers in Q1 journal and UGC Care journal.

  • M.A. Literature
  • PhD – PhD degree in October 2023 by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for the research in the area of post-colonial Goan literature published under the title, “Religious Zeitgeist of Portuguese Goa: Postcolonial Reading of Select Goan Novels”.
