Bio

Dr. Sanjay S. Majani completed his Doctorate in Physics at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India, with a specialization in the synthesis and multifunctional characterization of rare-earth doped perovskite nanomaterials. His research primarily focuses on the design of advanced SrCeO3-based nanostructures for applications in optoelectronics, photocatalysis, electrochemical sensing, and latent fingerprint visualization.

Over the years, Dr. Majani has developed strong expertise in solution combustion synthesis, eco-friendly nanomaterial fabrication, and advanced characterization techniques including XRD, UV–DRS, PL spectroscopy, SEM/TEM analysis, BET surface analysis, and electrochemical methods such as cyclic voltammetry. His work integrates materials chemistry with environmental remediation and sensing technologies, contributing to sustainable and multifunctional nanoscience.

He has published research articles in reputed international journals and actively contributes to interdisciplinary research involving rare-earth doping strategies for tuning structural, optical, and catalytic properties. In addition to research, he brings over three years of teaching experience, mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physics and Nanoscience.

Dr. Majani continues to serve as a full-time faculty member, committed to academic excellence, research innovation, and student development.
