Bio

Dr. Siva Panuganti currently serves as Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.) in Amrita Darshanam (International Centre for Spiritual Studies) in Amaravati campus. He has more than nine years of teaching and research experience in various organisations.

From April 11, 2017, to December 31, 2021, Dr. Panuganti worked as an Assistant Professor at MIT-School of Vedic Sciences, MIT-ADT University, Pune. Prior to that, he served as a Postdoc Fellow (under DRS Post-doctoral fellowship by UGC) from 2015 to 2017, focusing on the topic of “Knowledge Representation in Bhavaprakasha” in the Department of Sanskrit Studies at the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. During this period, he actively contributed to teaching.

Additionally, Dr. Panuganti worked as a ‘Research Associate’ from November 5, 2013, to March 10, 2015, in a Medical Manuscript digitization, translation, and editing project at ITD-HST private university (An Expression of FRLHT), Yelahanka, Bangalore.
