T. Kaladharan serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Visual Media and Communication, School of Arts & Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi. He is a Painter, Sculptor, Film Art Director, Secretary, Keralam Kalapeetom. He also received awards from Keralam Lalithakala Akademi.
