Key Responsibilities	Report to and support the Pro Vice-Chancellor in driving the university’s innovation strategy Lead initiatives to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer Establish and manage innovation labs, incubators, and industry collaborations Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable innovation programs Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and a culture of creativity across the university Engage with startups, industry leaders, and external stakeholders
Requirements	Demonstrated ability to work closely with and report to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic mindset with the ability to drive institutional impact Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
Experience	10+ years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or product development
