As an academic expert in the IQAC of Nehru Institute of Technology (NIT), Coimbatore, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, interacted with the NAAC Peer Team during its visit to the institute on 21st November 2022. This interaction happened during the scheduled meeting with governing council and external IQAC members during the NAAC Peer Team Visit (PTV) of NIT Coimbatore. As part of the outreach activities of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s IQAC in mentoring higher educational institutions pan-India, Dr. Prashant highlighted his support to NIT Coimbatore in conducting academic audits, OBE & IQAC workshops and participation in Academic Advisory Committee (AAC) meetings of the institute. Nehru Group of Institutions CEO & Secretary, Dr. P. Krishnakumar, thanked all the governing council and external IQAC members for their support to the institution.
