Amrita School of Pharmacy Accreditated by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for B. Pharm. program from the academic year 2017-18 to 2019-20.
The B. Pharm programme of Amrita School of Pharmacy has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation, AICTE, New Delhi, for a period from 2017-18 to 2019-20. The accreditation to B.Pharm by NBA is a much sought-after mark of quality in pharmacy education. This prestigious accreditation is a matter of pride for the Institution and is a testimony of the excellence in the education process followed in the school.
National Board of Accreditation (NBA) is an autonomous body with the objective of Assurance of Quality and Relevance of Education, especially of the programs in professional and technical disciplines, i.e., Engineering and Technology, Management, Architecture, Pharmacy, and Hospitality, through the mechanism of accreditation of programs offered by technical institutions. NBA has introduced a new process, parameters and criteria for accreditation. These are in line with the best international practices and oriented to assess the outcomes of the programme.
