Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi campus, won Special Jury Award for exemplary perfomance in ‘Mathrubhumi-SEED’ on October 3, 2015. SEED, an initiative by Mathrubhumi, to create awareness among the growing student community on environment protection and enable them to protect the water, air and soil.

The campus has been selected as Best College in SEED Club in Ernakulam district. The award was received by Dr. U. Krishnakumar, Director, School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi campus, and SEED volunteers, from film artist Sri. Srinivasan at a function at Nalanda Public School.
