Hridayamritam 2015 Sloka Recitation Competition Concludes

Amrita School of Ayurveda and Amrita Life conducted “Hridayamritam 2015”- a National Level Sloka Recitation Competition, based on Ashtangahridaya- an authentic Sanskrit literature of Ayurvedic Medical science, from 26th-28th December, 2015. Dr. Pushya A. Gauthama from SDM Ayurveda College, Hassan, Karnataka won the first prize of Rs.1 lakh and Dr. Sujata from Patanjali Ayurveda College, Haridwar won the second prize of Rs. 50,000.

Hridayamritam Shloka Competition Concludes at Amritapuri

The three day national level sloka recitation competition "Hridayamritam 2015" organized by Amrita School of Ayurveda comes to an end. V. S. Sivakumar, Minister for Health, Family Welfare and Devaswom, Government of Kerala inaugurated the event. Hridayaghosham- a group chanting event of Ashtangahridaya by 1000 Ayurvedic Scholars from 15 states across the country in the divine presence of Amrita University Chancellor Sri. Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, was celebrated in the Amritapuri Ashram (Mata Amritanandamayi Math), the international headquarters of Mata Amritanandamayi Math. 

National-level Sloka Recitation Competition and Symposium Concludes
