Login Instructions

• Access the Campus Management Server, CMS, server through any computer connected to the internet.
• Choose your “Academic program”
• Enter your Application Number or Registration Number provided by the Admissions Department.
• Enter your Date of Birth as mentioned in your application in DD/MM/YYYY format
• Enter the “Captcha code”
• Click on “Login”
• Enter the “OTP” received on your registered Email Address.
• If you face any difficulty in logging in, please contact the Helpdesk at +91- 422 2685041 or the Campus Administrative Office numbers mentioned above

Data Entry of Personal and Academic Details

• Enter all mandatory items without which, the data cannot be saved.
• After entry of mandatory/other details, save the form before proceeding further.
• Save the form after you complete the entry of Academic Details also before proceeding to upload of documents.
• Upload scanned copy of following original certificates and color passport photograph in formal attire.
  • X, XII, Transfer Certificate, Date of Birth, Community Certificate (if applicable).
• Accept the declaration and click on “Save” if you have completed the mandatory fields. Click on “Save” if you have completed all mandatory fields, optional fields and Upload all documents

Documents Upload Instructions

All B. Tech. 2021 admits are expected to complete the following admission procedures.

You are required to furnish information and documents pertaining to your personal and academic details. The online submission of all information and documents should be done through the Campus Management System (CMS) as mentioned below. Hardcopy of the documents also need to be sent to the University as mentioned below.

Upload of Information to CMS

1. All mandatory documents need to be uploaded as part of the data entry process.
2. Before you login and commence the data entry process, please ensure that you have a clear scanned copy of the following self-attested documents. The scanned copy should be in PDF format of less than 500 KB each.
   • Senior Secondary (12th) Mark Sheet or Equivalent
   • Secondary (10th) Mark Sheet or Equivalent
   • Date of Birth Certificate. In case Birth Certificate is in any other language other than English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam, a certified English Translation should be submitted. (Not necessary if the Date of Birth is mentioned in the Secondary (10th) Mark Sheet)
   • Community Certificate. In case the Certificate is in any other language other than English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam, a certified English Translation should be submitted. (only for applicable category students)
   • Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2021 Admit Card (only for those admitted on the basis of JEE Score)
   • Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) 2021 Admit Card (not required if not attended AEEE)
   • Provisional Admission Order in full (with details of Scholarship Slabs, if applicable)
   • Joint Declaration duly signed by the student and parent. Click Here to Download the Format.
   • Anti-Ragging Declaration duly signed by the student and parent. Click Here to Download the Format.
   • Medical Fitness Certificate duly signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner. Click Here to Download the Format.
3. A digital passport size photograph of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm taken in a plain background (preferably white or off-white), showing full face, front view, eyes open and without any distracting shadows on the face. The photo should be in JPG/JPEG format with a size of 20KB – 200KB.
4. Please ensure that you enter correct information in all the fields provided.
5. Note on Fee Sponsor: Fee Sponsor is the person who is the primary sponsor of the student’s education. This can be Father / Mother / Guardian who pays for the education. This is essentially for Insurance purpose, as the student’s Fees would be borne by the Insurance company, in case of accidental death of the Fee Sponsor.
6. For any doubts with regard to Documents upload and other information to be entered in CMS, you may contact the Administrative Office @ 6369391539 on any working day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
7. For any doubts on Withdrawal from the program and refund of fees, you may contact 8848737419 on any working day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Submission of Hardcopy Documents

1. Send your Original Transfer Certificate and Character/Conduct Certificate from the last studied institution ONLY by Speed Post to the address mentioned in Point 3 below. If Character/Conduct is mentioned in the Transfer Certificate, that would be sufficient.
2. Send a self-attested copy of the following certificates along with the Transfer Certificate to the address mentioned in Point 3 below.
   1. Senior Secondary (12^th) Mark Sheet or Equivalent
   2. Secondary (10^th) Mark Sheet or Equivalent
   3. Date of Birth Certificate.  In case Birth Certificate is in any other language other than English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam, a certified English Translation should be submitted.  (Not necessary if the Date of Birth is mentioned in the Secondary (10^th) Mark Sheet)
