Leadership Retreat at Ahmedabad 2025

Amrita Vidyalayam successfully conducted a Leadership Retreat for school principals and educators, bringing together 11 principals, 22 teachers, and Swamini Shamadamrita Prana Ji. The event provided a platform for learning, reflection, and collaboration aligned with NEP and holistic education principles.

Highlights:

• Inauguration: Lighting of the Lamp and Amma Ji’s Pujan, followed by felicitation of attendees.
• Sessions: Covered emotional awareness, inclusive leadership, school visioning, SEL integration, and transformational leadership. Activities included the Johari Window exercise and reflective practices.
• Closing: Audio-visual presentation, closing address by Mr. Saji Joseph (President, Sahodaya Complex, Ahmedabad), and presentation of diaries as mementos. Testimonial videos were recorded from six principals.

The retreat was highly interactive, enabling meaningful connections and showcasing Amrita’s vision of holistic education. Plans for follow-up visits and collaborative initiatives in Ahmedabad are underway.
