The Amrita College of Nursing, Faridabad campus hosted its Pre-Fresher’s Programme 2025, marking an exciting prelude to the upcoming Fresher’s Day celebrations. The event was organized with the objective of building enthusiasm and engagement among the new batch while officially unveiling the name and theme of the Fresher’s Day event — ‘Agaz Navato’.
The programme commenced with the welcoming ceremony, which included the prayer song, welcome address, and an inspiring message by Dr. Lekha Viswanath, Principal, College of Nursing. The lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, class coordinators, and student representatives symbolized the auspicious start of the evening’s proceedings.
The event also featured a vibrant flash mob performance by Batch 3 students, which added colour and liveliness to the atmosphere. One of the key highlights of the evening was the Treasure Hunt – ‘The Hidden Pulse’, designed to foster teamwork, problem-solving, and coordination among the students. Ten teams comprising 25 members each participated with great enthusiasm, with Group 9 emerging as the winners.
The much-awaited event name reveal marked the grand finale of the evening, where ‘Agaz Navato’ was announced as the official title for Fresher’s Day 2025, symbolizing new beginnings and the spirit of youth. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, extending appreciation to all faculty members, coordinators, and students who contributed to the success of the event.
As the pre-fresher’s programme came to a close, the event reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing a sense of belonging, teamwork, and joy among the students — setting a warm and memorable start to their academic journey at Amrita College of Nursing.
