Abstract : Using real-time technology, the system enhances the identification of earthquake and flood-safe camps while improving accessibility by use of geospatial data. key features of this system include include multi-modal transportation integration; its optimized route A* algorithm, the system continuously updates via real-time data streams of real-time with a dynamic updating of routes along with enhance the efficiency of evacuation planning. Crowd-sourced information platforms enable real-time communication that connects affected areas and response teams. The approach develops data-driven elements toward community resilience and disaster preparedness by reducing response times and improving route efficiencies, Based on the results, this work on SafeRoute for flood and earthquake prediction shows +7.27% and +4.30% to +12.10% improvement over existing literature.
