The Indian Knowledge Systems Division (https://iksindia.org), the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India are proud to organize the next event in the Dhara series on the Indian Knowledge Systems, their history, achievements, and contemporary relevance. The conference will focus on the Vision and roadmap for Ayurveda in 2047. The event is hosted by the University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU), Bengaluru (https://tdu.edu.in), on September 23-24, 2022. It is on Ayurveda dedicated to ‘India’s Contribution to Health and Wellbeing of humans, plants, and animals. This conference is being co-organized in collaboration with several outstanding knowledge institutions and civil society organizations. Amrita School of Ayurveda is a collaborator, and Dr. P. Launch of Amrita IKS Centre and Felicitation of PG scholars for contributions to Āyurveda Cancer Documentation Project

The event was conducted at Acharya Hall, Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri, on 19 May 2022. Dr. Sudarshlal, Professor, Amrita School of Biotechnology, was the Chief Guest. Swami Sankaramritananda Puri, Dean, Amrita School of Ayurveda, Br. Achyutamrita Chaitanya, Principal, Amrita School of Spiritual and Cultural Studies, and Dr. Ramesh NV, Principal in Charge, Amrita School of Ayurveda, delivered the felicitation speeches. Dr. P. Rammanohar, Director of Amrita Centre for Advanced Research in Ayurveda, gave a briefing on the Projects at the outset. Dr. Prajeesh Nath, Asst. Professor Amrita School of Ayurveda welcomed the audience and Dr. Shyamasundaran, Asst. Professor Amrita School of Ayurveda delivered the Vote of Thanks.

Dr. P. Rammanohar, Principal Investigator of the Amrita IKS Centre Project, received the certificate of recognition of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham as IKS Centre from AICTE, Ministry of Education during the IKS Mela organized by AICTE in New Delhi from 29-31 of July 2022.

Rammanohar, Principal Investigator, and Dr. Shyamasundaran K, Contributor of the Amrita IKS Centre Project, participated in the IKS Mela organized by AICTE at their New Delhi Campus from 29 to 31 of July 2022. The activities of Amrita IKS Centre were showcased with posters on a stall at the venue.
