Bio

Dr. K. L. Nisha has been an Assistant Professor since 2021 in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri. She received her PhD Degree from NIT Calicut in 2020 in the area of Biomedical Image Processing. She received her Master’s degree in Embedded and Real-Time systems in 2011 and her Bachelor’s in Electronics and Computer Engineering in 2009. Her teaching/research interests include Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Embedded Systems. She has been a part of several projects on signal and image processing, neural networks, machine learning, and Convolutional Neural Networks.
