Sarath R. S. currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Gd) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri. He did his M. Tech. from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham specialized in Thermal and Fluids Engineering.
