Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s esteemed FOSS club, amFOSS, proudly announces another proud milestone for our community. We are thrilled to share that our very own Jagadeesh Kota has been selected for Cohort 2 of the Road to Wiki (RTW) Program 2026, organized by WikiClub Tech India.
The Road to Wiki program focuses on open-source development and real-world collaboration within the Wikimedia/WikiTech ecosystem, offering participants mentorship, hands-on contributions, and community engagement. Jagadeesh successfully completed the onboarding process and will be working closely with mentors and peers over the coming months.
This selection is a strong example of consistent effort, methodical practice, problem-driven curiosity, and sustained ownership of open-source learning. We wish Jagadeesh continued success as he contributes to the Wikimedia/WikiTech ecosystem and grows through this community-driven experience.
Congratulations, Jagadeesh, for this well-earned milestone and for bringing pride to amFOSS!
