During this COVID-19 outbreak, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, a pioneer in online education in India, has gone online with its classes and is actively supporting other organizations to conduct online education, meetings, and training. Amrita has designed and developed the online learning platform AMPLE (Amrita Multiplatform for Personalized Learning and Evaluation). This is in addition to the freely available AVIEW Elearning software. Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has been using Amrita’s Virtual Classroom A-VIEW to connect 300 colleges. A-VIEW Online Classes and Meetings are being conducted regularly. Virtual Labs and Online Labs are available for all users.
