‘Wall On’ is a cutting-edge wallpaper app for Android device. It is one stop destination for high-resolution pictures. One can find wallpaper from an endless collection of professional standard photographs. This app is more than just a wallpaper app, as it helps one to own an account to view profiles, search, collect, view, share and access photo specifications of thousands of pictures uploaded daily. Gorgeous landscapes, architectural shots, technology and food are just a few of the categories of high-quality pictures that can be accessed through an intuitive browsing system. One can personalise the phone using these sharp images and give it a brand new style. It also includes many other features.

“Wall On” was developed/designed by keeping all Google’s new material design principles and API guides. Unsplash API is the most powerful photo engine in the world. By using the API, the app creates the largest collection of high-quality photographs.

Speaking about the achievement, Dr. Latha Parameswaran, Chairperson, CSE Department, said, “Rishi has exhibited his enthusiasm in contributing to the community by developing his ‘Wall On” App, which intends to improve user experience when using gadgets. I see a large number of use cases for this app. I am certain that he would contribute to the computing community with his commitment and interests.”

“This is a great achievement. I wanted to do this for three years. I’m also a photographer. I wanted to do something related to photography. There was no android app where you could upload photos. So I thought I’ll do something related to this,” said Rishideep.
