Dr. Maanasi Madhavan Menon, Associate Professor at School of Ayurveda, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham since February 2014, was invited by the Agnivesha Ayurveda Anushtana , Bengaluru, to talk about her article on “Hypertension in Ayurveda” and to share some of her clinical experiences.

Several Ayurvedic practitioners attended the event. Dr. Menon was honored with a certificate apart the traditional welcoming. She is also an assistant professor at the integrative medicine unit at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi campus and is a MD in Ayurveda.
