The seminar series for this academic year was initiated by two very interesting back to back talks presented by Dr. Jeff Perry who is a Senior Research Associate at the world famous Scripps Research Institute at San Diego, USA and Dr. Anna Travesa who is a scientist at University of California, San Diego, USA.

Dr. Perry talked on “Combined X-Ray Scattering and Crystallography for Biological Analysis” and Dr. Travesa’s talk was on the” Regulation of G1/S Transcription by the S-Phase Checkpoint”. The talks were followed by a very lively interactive discussion with the students.
